Mommy & Lucy at the Zoo

Adam went over to his parents house on Saturday to participate in the annual mother's day yard project while Lucy and mommy went to the zoo. It turned out to be a Mother's Day at the Zoo event so it was CROWDED! Good thing we had our zoo pass - we breezed right past the admission line!

She held on to this cookie the entire time we were at the zoo and didn't even take a bite...Lucy spent 20 minutes transfixed at the gorilla exhibit. This young girl gorilla is making her way over to Lucy - she put her face right up against the glass which really startled Lucy.
Lucy plays with flax seed in the Germazium...I mean, the Zoomazium..
