In true girl fashion, the next day was spent emailing about broken nails and sore muscles. Even with my wimpy 10 lb ball and 10 MPH throws, a night of Braxton Hicks contractions and an extremely sore back ensued.

LUCKY STRIKE!
Okay, well maybe only 1 strike for me, but I sure had fun with my KDC and husbands on a rare adults only afternoon bowling at Lucky Strike thanks to Kate's Kappa raffle prize.
